R 1.6.0 beta

Also available for Jaguar (Mac OS X 10.2). Using gcc 2.95.2 and g77 3.1.
Working on the gcc 3.3 and g77 3.3 combo. This is the Darwin 6.1 version
with the Jaguar update of Xfree86.
