bug when accessing the main page (PR#1986)

Hello,
I (along with severall of my classmates) can<t 
access the main webpage (or almost any other r-
project pages for that matter). It gives us 
the "server not found" or "this page cannot be 
displayed".

If you have any ideas as to what my cause this 
problem, please write back.
