gcc-3.3

I managed to build R-1.6.1 with gcc-3.3 from Apple CVS on Jaguar
(with the -bundle hack). It would be nice to add the -mdynamic-no-pic
flag when compiling code that goes into R.bin (i.e. into the
application). This supposedly can give a 10% speed increase with Mach-O
files. The default Jaguar compiler, gcc-3.1, already understands this
option, but gcc-2.95.2 does not.
