Package tseries: crash for Windows version (PR#2302)

Sorry for the precision:
I've tested on the precompiled version (downloaded from CRAN)
AND on my compiled version from source: always KO.
Which debugging information the maintainer want to get ?
The better perhaps would be waiting his answer, no ?
