(PR#2003) bug in SJava

There is no function `getHome' in the R sources.

There is a function getRHOME(), but that is not part of the documented
interface (front-ends/readme).  If SJava is calling getRHOME, it needs to
be modified to just use the documented interface.

getRHOME has not been modified since 1999, BTW.
