[Rd] copy or save of plots (PR#1507)

Hi,

I have now created the plot under 1.5.0, and the same problem reoccurs. I
have found a simpler code that produces the problem on my computer at least:

map.springs <- function(x, ...){
	plot(x$easting,x$northing,type="n",bty="n",
		axes=FALSE,xlab="",ylab="",...)
	filled <- x$occupied == 1
	points(x$easting[filled],x$northing[filled],
		pch=19,cex=log10(x$area[filled]))
	points(x$easting[!filled],x$northing[!filled],
		pch=21,cex=log10(x$area[!filled]))
	plot.limits <- par(c("xaxp","yaxp"))
	segments(plot.limits$xaxp[1],plot.limits$yaxp[2],
