[Rd] Resize in graphics window cause R to crash (PR#1420)

Hi,
I made a plot then I wanted to resize it using drop-menue resize. I first
selected fixed then I resized it to smaller. Scroll bars appear. Next, I
selected fit to window. The scoll bars remains. When I scroll horizontally (back
and forth) or vertically (up and dowm), the window started to flash and then the
following message appeared:
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
RGUI caused an invalid page fault in
module R.DLL at 0167:0048f684.

This error is caused everytime I do the same thing.
