R config failure on solaris (PR#1829)

Dear sir,

This is siva Ginjupalli.

I am getting following error while configuring my Solaris for "R" software.

checking size of int... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (int), 77.

My solaris information as follows:

uname -m = sun4u
uname -r = 5.8
uname -s = SunOS
uname -v = Generic_108528-01

/usr/bin/uname -p = sparc
/bin/uname -X     = System = SunOS
Release = 5.8
KernelID = Generic_108528-01
Machine = sun4u
BusType = <unknown>
Serial = <unknown>
Users = <unknown>
OEM# = 0
Origin# = 1
NumCPU = 2

I really appreciate if you could guide me to resolve this problem.

Please let me know, if you need config.log file to debug
