[Rd] trellis plot and postscript file (PR#1237)

Could you be more specific in how it is incomplete ? I don't see any
problems with R 1.4.0, grid 0.5 and lattice 0.3-1 (my output is at
http://www.stat.wisc.edu/~deepayan/R/demo.ps )
