[Rd] Can't install packages (PR#1486)

Hello,

I install R under Mandrake Linux 8.2.
R itself work fine, but I had an error to install packages, i.e. fields, geoR 
and geoRglm :

$: R CMD INSTALL geoRglm_0.4-3.tar.gz

I suppose that the version of my compiler is not correct, but I didn't find
where to change that settings.
