[Rd] Windows AltGr bug? (PR#1448)

hello,

I'm running R (version 1.4.1) under Windows Mellenium and this error =
message appears every time I press AltGr + any other key.
A bug or a any instability of my sistem?

(attached GIF file deleted; don't use ANY attachments for R-bugs!)
