It is not happening in recent development versions on Linux.

And your previous report *did* come through:

    o   La.svd() was not coercing integer matrices. (PR#1363)

(Moved to Low-level-fixed, so a bit difficult to spot if you didn't
keep the PR#, I grant you...)
