[Rd] seek helppage. Possible clarification?

seek(zz,where=NewPosition)   returns the OldPosition of connection zz
(of the appropriate "pointer", i.e. read or write).  Currently, the
docs have:

>     argument the connection is re-positioned (if possible) to the

One possible change would be to:

>     specified position, returning the previous position.

(since seek() seems to return "current/previous position", at least
for the variants I seem to use).
