[Rd] hist() ignores 'probability=T' (PR#944)

It's a 1.2.3-only bug already found (by Jonathan Marchini) and fixed in the
sources.  From NEWS in R-devel:

    o	hist.default() was ignoring its `probability' argument for
	equi-spaced breaks.
