Can you tell me (maybe privately, not to the whole mailing list)
what you mean?  are you using the PDF or help.start() / HTML version of the
manual? on paper or on-line ?

not really; only bugs or really lacking things in the documentation should
 be reported as bugs;
Suggestions like yours you should send to any one (but not more than one) of
R-help, R-devel, or R-core.  
To which one really depends on how interesting, debatable, .... you think
this is to the corresponding audience.
