[Rd] Doc bug: segments contains arrows args

The help page for ?segments contains descriptions of parameters
"length" and "angle", presumably leftovers from when ?arrows and
?segments were the same topic.

Deleting these lines:

  \item{length}{length of the edges of the arrow head (in inches).}
  \item{angle}{angle from the shaft of the arrow to the edge of the
    arrow head.}

from segments.Rd will fix it.
