No, but I wanted to follow up on Netscape 6.01 as I tested it harder
yesterday.  I said this seemed to work.  It almost does, but not enough:

(1) If Netscape 6.01 is running, it loads the requested URL.
(2) If it is not running, it starts Netscape but fails to load the URL.

Some versions of 4.x seem to have the opposite problem, they failed to load
a new URL if Netscape was running.  (4.7 UK version was one.)
