[Rd] installation problems with rbitmap.c (PR#703)

This has been reported before as PR#677 (and prior to that too).

If you have JPEG but not PNG, on Solaris, you need to add #include
<setjmp.h> after  #include <jpeglib.h>.  It is fixed in the
development version.
