There is on 1.0.1 on Windows, and I see no change since 1.0.0, for which on
Unix it also appears. It is the second-last parameter.

Are you absolutely sure about this?  In any case, please upgrade to 1.0.1,
the current version.

The devga device on Windows is one of the few places where this parameter
actually does anything.
