[Rd] pairs(), "cex" argument has no effect (PR#603)

[Jens Oehlschlägel]

none of

  "cex" and "cex.axis" , "cex.label"

is an official parameter to pairs()

but there is

 "cex.labels"
           ^
which works for me

As someone has work with maintaining the bugs-database,
you might want to check more carefully before declaring something as a bug.
