I can't reproduce this with either of my pre1.0.0 versions, but I can
reproduce it with a 13/10/99 0.90devel version (ie, just a few weeks
past 0.65.1)
It looks as if the bug has been stomped since then. I can't see how,
though. Looking at cvs diff I don't see any changes in the logic between
then and the mu<=0 fix a few days ago.
