[Rd] An SPSS save file for testing

Thanks to all those who volunteered to provide us with test data.  We
now have enough data sets for the tests.  The new foreign library has
been uploaded to CRAN.  If you use
 R CMD check foreign
it will run the specific tests in the test directory and check that it
can read the different formats.
