Yes, you need makeinfo 4.0 (as you do for R on Unix), and without those
flags you will get the wrong answers. Actually, this step should not be
necessary: it happens because cvs updates files with the update date, not
the creation date. The same thing happens with configure and configure.in
not infrequently. So `touch rw-faq fixed/r/rw-FAQ.html' is all that is
needed.
