[Rd] write.table with rows and cols (PR#509)

Ahh. Shows once again that I am still a novice when it comes to S (and R).
You are of course correct -- re-reading works just fine as expected. No bug
here.

But maybe the (extremely low-priority) need for new semantics -- I actually
only wrote the file to pass data on to my Excel using collegues at work, and
for them the csv _is_ wrong as the 'Dates' column (build from rownames) is
headerless, and the other headers are "shifted".  Having to hand-edit the
file for them is silly.
