hsv strangeness (PR#283)

This doesn't look right:

 piechart(rep(1,48),col=hsv((1:48)/48,1,1))

Hues 8,16,32 are completely out of whack. 

(Linux RedHat6.0, X11 driver, but probably not driver dependant.)

This also sends topo.colors, terrain.colors, and heat.colors way off.
Look at example(heat.colors) for instance.
