Not that I know of, but it is a 30 second Perl / grep script surely.

grep \\link\{Devices\} *.Rd

works for me. (There are no xrefs to dev2bitmap.)

That is sort of deliberate. dev2bitmap is something of a stopgap:
Windows already has png, jpeg and bmp devices, and we hope to have those on
Unix shortly.  But I'll sort that out for now.
