remark on the difference between R-bugs and R-devel

Dear Hervé,
(and everyone else helping us!)

thank you for all your bug reports,..

One thing: 
 If you reply to messages with a (PR#nnn) in the subject,
 it would be most useful if you sent them (CC or TO) to R-bugs rather than
 R-devel. 
 Only then do they enter the WWW R bugs archive as followup messages to the
 bug #nnn.  

R-bugs "forwards" all messages to R-devel. So, one doesn't need to give
both R-bugs and R-devel.
