\code and \link

With Fritz's new debugging additions to Rdconv, several packages give
messages of the kind

  missing link(s):  this-is-escaped-codenormal-bracket30bracket-normal

when building the documentation.

This comes from

	\link{\code{xxx}}

(where `xxx' contains characters that need to be escaped) which should
really be

	\code{\link{xxx}}
