Arrrgh... That's what happens if you upgrade systems on a Friday
afternoon. Apparently, the Apache configurations scripts got changed
from RedHat5.1 to 5.2 and I didn't think to check. Should be OK now.

(Email submissions take a different route in and should be unaffected
by this.)
