Problem with plot.ts, "["

The problem is that for any complicated subset in the time dimesion it
becomes very difficult to decide what the correct tsp attributes should
be. I think after previous discussions we agreed that window should be
used to preserve attributes in the time dimension and "[.ts" should drop
any ts attributes. In the non-time dimension it makes more sense to
preserve ts attributes, but S does not, as I recall. I'm not sure what
the status of this change is, but I don't think the behaviour is the
same in 0.65 as it was in 0.64.1.
