SAS XPORT Transport Format

Well I've *thought* about doing it... And the SPSS format as well. And
DB3. And... has tons of information on this sort of stuff.
(Although on SAS, it's just the TS140 again.) It's mentioned on the
Ideas list at (on a machine near you...), but
perhaps some elaboration would be in order there.
