Where should iofflush.c be? (PR#363)

Here is the output of R -d gdb:

0x40199f3a in _IO_fflush (fp=0x4022bb20) at iofflush.c:41
41      iofflush.c: No such file or directory.

I run Linux with the glibc2.1.2 and gcc2.95.2 on the 2.2.10 kernel.  What
am I missing?
