The HTML files are produced using recent versions of Texinfo's makeinfo
--html. Karl Berry and I have had some discussions on what HTML output
without explicit info-like node structuring should be like, but we are
not there yet (apparently). I will turn the `--no-headers' flag off
again when building the html version.

NOTE: in any case, this should not be a bug report on R.
