Yes, of course. These fora are for anyone interested in helping with
development of R, respectively asking and answering questions about
its use. This means not just the core R but also add-on packages and -
as in your case - ports to other systems. If the lists overflow, we
can always set up a special list for R-Win, but I don't think that
will be necessary.
