New design for R html help pages

One approach to handling long file names might be to convince everyone to
upgrade to Win95 or Linux.

Another approach is to build an index which points to files with meaningless
names. This is what I did a few years ago with my help system. It's definetly
not as nice, but it does work. You can take a look at
<http://www.bank-banque-canada.ca/pgilbert/help/dsehome.htm>
It might be best to do this as a special needs help system as I think this is a
problem that is going away. Keep the approach you're using and then build this
system afterwards.

You're welcome to use my scripts. I think they could be modified fairly easily
to build the index and files out of the html files (but I haven't looked at them
in a long time so I might be forgetting something).
