Packages for RedHat 4.2, Debian 1.3

And the symlink libreadline.so.2.1->3.0 doesn't work either. I just
tried it and ldconfig is too smart to go by the filename alone, it
looks inside the file, which has the 3.0 signature, and ignores it.
