R-alpha: New URL for R-online manual (HTML)

Most important:  (Kurt, R&R,..) Update this in the FAQ and other  pages.

Because of the new (0.60) way of having HTML help for all libraries (not
only "base"), the html files reside in different places.

I have changed the setup such that
from now on, you should 
use
	<A HREF="http://www.stat.math.ethz.ch/R/manual/">
instead of the older
				        ...../R-manual/

(i.e. only replace the `-' by a `/').

The old link continues to work, i.e., it now contains a link to the new
place.

BTW: You currently get the  0.60 (daily snapshot) on-line help
     when using the above URL.
