R-alpha: l2c libraries

How is the problem of l2c libraries being resolved in 0.60? I continue
to have problems with  ld.so.1: /.../R.binary: fatal: relocation error:
symbol not found: pow_ii: referenced in /.../dsefor.so where dsefor.so
is my compiled fortran.
