R-alpha: Hypergeometric Distribution

We have a fix for this.  There was a typo in the underlying generator
code.  (I'm trying to avoid piecemeal fixes, but the dhyper / phyper /
qhyper one seemed rather nasty and the cause of a number of bug
reports).  More complete patch soon.
