R-alpha: thoughts on batch (stop on error)

Batch:
	Several of us still would like either a command option or 
		[better, but more complicated;
		 this would also be available in non-Batch) an  ]
        an
		options(error.handling = ...)

	option to turn-off the behavior that Batch mode stops on error.

 (It's good that batch stops on error by default,
  however in some cases we'd want to override this default !)
