R-alpha: pow_dd

Hmm ... It seems that as of 0.50.a1 we need to link against f2c because
pow_dd is no longer provided (internally, POW_DD is used).  I am not
sure how much sense that really makes, but it would seem that getting
the things from 0.49 f2clib.c back would be great ...
