Sorry everyone,

This was mostly my mistake.  Martyn sent me an email that he had
uploaded the packages to CRAN incoming, and I was only in my office for
a few minutes, so without further thinking I moved them into CRAN/src
and told Martyn that I had done so and that he might announce the
packages now.

>From a user perspective, the bugs are perhaps not that bad (well, 
ignoring the shortest segfaulter `unlist(1)'), but anyway ...
