I use M-q quite a bit to re-fill paragraphs.  In Rd files, I like to have
something like

\title{
  TITLE
}
\description{
  DESC
}

When I re-fill, it all gets joined together.  It would be great if the
re-filling works better (does not gave to satisfy my preferences, just
something useful.
