[ESS] Emacs Modified updated with latest ESS

Hi all,

I just updated Emacs Modified for macOS and Windows with the latest ESS, and some more:

- ESS 26.05.0.
- AUCTeX 14.1.2.
- markdown-mode 2.8.
- exec-path-from-shell 2.3
- Libre Office English dictionary 2026.05.01.

The macOS version is also updated to David Caldwell's Emacs 30.2-1, and the icon is slightly changed to use pure white instead of a dirty looking off-white.
