[ESS] Emacs on macOS 15.2 (Sequoia) installation issue

I just installed Emacs Modified 30.1-modified-1
from https://emacs-modified.gitlab.io/ and am getting behavior that I
have not seen under either Linux or Windows.  I can start Emacs from
the launger, but not from within a terminal.  There I get "zsh: command
not found: emacs".  Is there a solution for that limitation?  I know it
must be due to my lack of familiarity with macOS.
