It would be helpful if the corresponding documentation in the Info
manual could also be updated to reflect the same.  Currently,
[[info:ess#Reporting Bugs][ess#Reporting Bugs]] states:

  “Please send bug reports, suggestions etc.  to
  <ESS-bugs using r-project.org>,...”
