[ESS] Read R manuals inside emacs

>From inside Emacs, C-h i opens the info system. If the R info manuals are installed (they are by default in Linux), you can find and read them there. I find this much more convenient than html. There is a brief info tutorial somewhere in there too, which might be useful.
