[ESS] how to make ESS open 64-bit R instead of 32-bit R?

Hi,

Since I have complained about this in the past (and I think helped at 
least a  little to get it solved), I think the answer is simple: upgrade 
your version of ESS to something newer. I am running ESS 15.09-2, which 
opens the 64-bit version by default.  It also provide other functions to 
open the 32-bit versions for those times when you might want them for 
some reason.

And according to the change history, this feature was introduced in ESS 
15.03-1.
