[ESS] insert new lines in roxygen documentation

Hi Lionel,

Thanks for following that up.

I tried with emacs -Q [fn:1] and get the same result, so I guess it's
not my configuration...

Here is my keybinding for RET:

| RET (translated from <return>) runs the command newline-and-indent,
| which is an interactive compiled Lisp function in ‘simple.el’.
| 
| It is bound to RET.
| 
| (newline-and-indent)
