[ESS] ESS Stan?

There's a stan-mode (https://github.com/stan-dev/stan-mode); it can be
installed manually or from MELPA via package.el. See the github README
for instructions. It's fairly fully featured: highlighting, flymake,
autocomplete, yasnippets, etc. I don't have any plans to include it in
ESS.
